About the Film:

A dystopian psychological short film inspired by the final act of George Orwell’s 1984. The story follows Winston Smith during his imprisonment and psychological collapse inside the Ministry of Love, where the Party exerts total control through fear, violence, and dehumanization.

Role Description:

We are looking for action-trained performers to portray guards of the Ministry of Love. In these scenes, the guards physically torment the main character, using controlled kicks and intimidation to reinforce the Party’s absolute authority.

These roles are physically demanding and require precision, control, and awareness of camera blocking and actor safety. The violence is non-graphic, choreographed, and focused on psychological impact rather than spectacle.

Requirements:

Male.

Based in Stockholm (please do not apply if you live elsewhere in Sweden).

Experience in action training, stage combat, stunt work, martial arts, or similar
(If you lack formal training, please describe any relevant equivalent experience).

Comfortable performing choreographed physical action.

Good body control, discipline, and screen presence.
